Due to the absence of a common fiscal policy, in the imminent future, European Union will not be able to impose a minimum corporate tax rate in spite of the latest announcements during the informal meeting of Ministers in Bratislava. Both Cyprus and Ireland will continue to enjoy the benefits of the lowest corporate tax in Eurozone (12.5%).
